Background
Hart Automotive (Pty) Ltd is a South Africa based manufacturing business that is co-owned by Gerald Barth and John Enslin. The business specialises in the manufacturing of plastic components for the automotive sector as well as plastic products for agricultural and retail sectors. Hart Automotive offers a turnkey plastic manufacturing solution from product conception and design through to prototyping and final production.
The business is located in North End, Port Elizabeth and is within close proximity to all industrial hubs and the business has a Level 2 B-BBEE status and is ISO9001:2015 certified.
Automotive Client
Hart Automotive currently supplies automotive suppliers such PG Shatterprufe and Tenneco with specialized plastic injection moulded products both for the local and international market
Agriculture Client
Our agricultural customer areTechnology firms where we manufacture components for their WickBox products and we are also their approved agency to market and sell their products within the Eastern and Western Cape.
Strategic Relationships
We have also entered strategic relationships with FORD SA and Isuzu SA in terms of automotive supplier development. Hart Automotive is also the strategic manufacturing and technical partner to the CSIR for their bioplastics projects.

Our current injection moulding manufacturing capacity ranges from 90 Ton – 200 Ton injection moulding machines. Our investment in new and upgraded machines, together with the development of our staff, drives our culture of continuous improvement.
